Flip Flops Found To Take The Weight


A small study by Rush University in Chicago has found that soft, spongy flip flops are better for your knees than clogs. Researches found that supportive, stable clogs and stability shoes, which are often worn by people who work on their feet all day, put a 15% greater load on the knees that flat, flexible athletic street shoes and flip flops. A high load on the knee joint can lead to osteoarthritis.
