Get Extreme Headaches Quite Regularly?


Headaches and migraines can be triggered by varying causes.

It may be difficult to get instant relief , but there are a few simple lifestyle changes that can help reduce the risk:

1) Get a full night's sleep every night
2) Drink 1.5 liters of water per day
3) Try to get plenty of fresh air
4) Take a short walk each day
5) Don't sit for too long
6) Limit computer/TV time
7) Avoid food triggers such as chocolate, coffee, MSG and alcohol
