Tips for Healthy Brain

Here are some brain-boosting tips:
1) Walk, swim, garden. Exercise daily for at least 30 mins.
2) Volunteer for a group activity.
3) Spend time with children, as this is energizing.
4) Eat more foods high in antioxidants, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
5) Reduce your stress. Set aside time for yourself and indulge in your fav activity.
6) Learn something new to keep your brain active...
