Tips To Live Your Life By


1) Eat more veggies than fruit
2) Take a cooking class to expand your palate
3) Do yoga, meditation, or qi gong to balance out the stress hormones of daily life
4) Go to bed by 10pm for optimal melatonin
5) Exercise, for those feel-good endorphins
