Staying Fit Can Train Your Brain


It's a brain-a-thon. Running can keep your body fit but a new study says exercise also boost brain health.

Being active throughout your life might help you think straight as you age. Women who were more active or were active at each age (teen years, at age 30, at age 50 and after age 65) had lower rates of cognitive impaired than those who were inactive. Result of a Toronto study (comparing mental functioning and exercising) indicated that fitness does seem to affect brain health.
