There's Hope for Underachievers


Do good grades in college mean huge success later in life?

Good news, C students - there's no proof. What Kurt Vonnegut, Bill Gates, Woody Allen and Colin Powell all have in common. It's a high degree of motivation, formed by a conscious decision. That's what these successful people had.

In 1984, a team of researches in the US combed through 35 independent studies and found very little, if any, correlation between CPA and 'income, job satisfaction and effectiveness'.
